cricxi Platform Rules

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the cricxi platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered through cricxi, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, arcade titles, and any other product made available on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and cricxi. In the event of a conflict between any of these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Amendments to These Terms

cricxi reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of cricxi after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open and maintain an account on cricxi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cricxi strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 18. We consider underage gambling a serious issue and take all reasonable technical and procedural steps to prevent it.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not accepted).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of a cricxi employee or associated business partner where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Age Verification

cricxi employs robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — at the point of registration or at any time thereafter at cricxi's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure.

If cricxi discovers that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, net of any bonus funds utilised. Any winnings generated while underage are forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on cricxi, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is truthful and up to date at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on cricxi. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If cricxi identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and any bonuses received across those accounts will be cancelled without recourse.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cricxi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number to add an additional layer of security. You must notify cricxi immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected]. cricxi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Account Information Updates

If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. cricxi may request re-verification of your identity following a change of registered details. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cricxi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). cricxi supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, cricxi may require full KYC verification to be completed, including submission and approval of identity documents. Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Incomplete KYC, outstanding bonus wagering requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

cricxi reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal — including proof of payment method ownership — before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

cricxi offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, or shared device or IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (once wagering requirements are met in full) may be withdrawn.
• cricxi reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and are actively being wagered will not be retroactively cancelled except where evidence of abuse, fraud, or rule violation exists.
• Players who participate in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts reviewed, and may be permanently banned from the cricxi platform.
• cricxi reserves the right to limit the maximum win from any free spin offer or bonus to an amount stated in the promotion terms.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the cricxi platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, arcade titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated under specific game rules provided by the respective game studios or sportsbook data providers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generation

RNG-based games on cricxi (slots, table games, virtual sports, and certain arcade titles) use certified pseudo-random number generators to determine outcomes. These RNG engines are independently tested and certified for fairness and statistical randomness. cricxi does not intervene in, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. The house edge applicable to each game category is determined by the game provider and is fixed by the game's mathematical model.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets available on cricxi — are governed by standard industry rules. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket events). In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with cricxi's published sports betting rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, game software fault, or data feed error that results in an incorrect game outcome, displayed odds, or payout calculation, cricxi reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a documented technical error are not valid and will not be paid. cricxi is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond our control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

Section 7

User Obligations

As a registered player on cricxi, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on every player and any violation may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access the platform using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software that simulates human interaction.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or infrastructure in any manner.
• Colluding with other players, employing third-party strategy services, or engaging in any form of cheating that confers an unfair advantage.
• Publishing, sharing, or distributing false, defamatory, or misleading information about cricxi or any of its partners, employees, or players.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent any geographic or account-level restrictions applied by cricxi.

Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cricxi complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. cricxi makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations and accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with local laws. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted where you reside before creating an account and making a deposit.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

cricxi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Chargebacks filed against cricxi in relation to deposits made from the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools or via our support team.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their cricxi account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cricxi will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) back to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cricxi will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee. If the account remains inactive following notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players who reactivate a previously inactive account will have any outstanding inactivity fees reviewed upon request.

Additional Terms

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricxi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer or device damage. cricxi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cricxi platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, user interface design, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of cricxi or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written authorisation from cricxi.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to cricxi's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral, the parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute mechanism. cricxi is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all players.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and cricxi with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
